Having a poor credit history and a CCJ, a mortgage was something my wife and I thought would be impossible to get accepted for any time soon. Pip has been great throughout the whole process. Always available for any questions we had and clear communication with us. He has got us a great mortgage offer which we are delighted with and because of his hard work, we will be able to move into our family home. This is the 3rd time i have used Pip for a mortgage. Originally we had poor credit but still got a great rate and have just re mortgaged again at a excellent fixed rate for 2 years and have also managed to reduce the loan amount by 2 years . Always open and honest about what is on offer, always prompt and will always provide 110% service doing his ultimate best to help you. I would not go to any other provider now
